This tab will allow you to do SEO optimization of your search result pages.

SEO Settings


Do not index pages with search query:

This is the main setting, adds a command to robots not to index pages with search results. It is very useful if you insert links with a search query in your content. In this case, duplicate pages are not created, which has a bad effect on the indexing of the site. Better leave this option enabled

 

SEO Rules


Add SEO rule:

In the dropdown list of "Filter search slug" that are configured in the filter options . Each slug is a separate filter.

The next field you need to insert a link that is formed during the search. An  example: /color-blue-and-gray/.

The button adds the SEO rule to the list


SEO rules include fields:

URL:  This is the main field if it matches the search URL - SEO rule applies. An  example: search/color-red/  - and when filtering by red, the rule will be applied.  You can get this string if you do test filtering and copy part of the search URL. You can insert a variable {any} into this field. This means any text (part) in the URL. For example, you want to apply SEO rules for any filter with the color search/color-{any}/  OR  for any filters  search/{any}/

Title: This is the meta title of the page

Description: This is the meta description of the page

H1:  This is the title of the page that is in the content between the H1 tags

In  fields: Title,Description,H1 - You can put variables {slug} {slug_title} ( This is the slug of ataxonomy ).  An  example: {pa_color}, {pa_color_title}, {pa_size} ,{pa_size_title}. On the frontend, these variables  are replaced with the corresponding{slug} =  term labels and {slug_title} taxonomy  name if they are in the current search
